Spicy RICHAM Tahu Balls

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
RICHAM (processed meat) 100 grams
Tofu 100 grams
Pepper (coarsely ground) To taste
Cooking oil As needed
Salt To taste
Crispy Flour (SAJIKU) 1 sachet

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, coarsely grind the pepper, tofu, and RICHAM together. Ensure the mixture is well combined but retains some texture for a delightful bite.

  2. Form the Balls: Shape the mixture into small, round balls. Note that there’s no need to add extra salt, as the processed meat already contains sufficient seasoning.

  3. Chill: Roll the formed balls in a mixture of crispy flour and a pinch of salt until evenly coated. Allow them to rest in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm up.

  4. Fry and Serve: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the balls until they are golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

  5. Enjoy: Serve hot and enjoy these flavorful spicy RICHAM tahu balls as a delightful snack!

This dish is perfect for gatherings or as a tasty treat at home. Happy cooking!
