Spicy Sajiku Egg Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Eggs (as needed)
  • Sajiku Spicy Flour (to taste)
  • Water (as needed)
  • Cooking oil (for frying)
  • Optional: Hot sauce or sambal for extra heat

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs with Sajiku Spicy Flour. Gradually add water and stir until you achieve a smooth, well-mixed batter.

  2. Heat the Oil: Pour a generous amount of cooking oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat.

  3. Fry the Pancakes: Spoon small amounts of the batter into the hot oil, spreading each spoonful out with the back of the spoon to form thin pancakes. Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

  4. Serve: Remove the pancakes from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm. For an extra kick, you can serve with hot sauce or sambal on the side.
