Preparing the Tofu:
- Cut each of the 5 pieces of tofu into 8 smaller pieces, giving you a total of 40.
- Soak the tofu pieces in salted water for a few minutes to season them. Drain and pat dry.
- Deep fry the tofu until golden and crispy. Set aside to cool.
