- 1 Gourami Fish
- 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes
- 6 red chilies
- 4 bird’s eye chilies
- Salt, to taste
- White pepper powder, to taste
- White sugar, to taste
- 2 stalks of scallions, thinly sliced
- Oyster sauce, to taste
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- Delmonte chili sauce, to taste
- Flavor enhancer, to taste
