- Prepare the Tofu: Cut the firm tofu into small cubes and rinse them under cold water.
- Make the Coating: In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and Saji flour to create the coating mixture.
- Coat the Tofu: Dredge each tofu cube in the coating mixture, pressing gently to ensure the flour adheres well.
- Fry the Tofu: Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the coated tofu until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Sauté Aromatics: In the same pan, add margarine. Sauté minced garlic, sliced bird’s eye chili, red chili, and green onion until fragrant.
