Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 egg
- 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced into matchsticks
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons peas
- All-purpose flour
- Pre-mixed flour (Tepung Serbaguna Sajiku)
For the Sauce:
- 1/4 sachet of Saori sweet and sour sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- Salt, sugar, and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup water

- Season the chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Coat the Chicken:
- Beat the egg in a bowl. Place the all-purpose flour and pre-mixed flour in separate shallow dishes.
- Coat each chicken cube first in the all-purpose flour, then dip it into the beaten egg, and finally coat it with the pre-mixed flour.

- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the coated chicken cubes until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

- In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the sliced carrots and peas, cooking them until they begin to soften.
- Stir in the ketchup, sesame oil, and Saori sweet and sour sauce. Mix well.
- Pour in 1/4 cup of water and stir. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens, adjusting the seasoning with sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
