Ingredients:
- 1 fresh tilapia, cleaned and deboned
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- All-purpose flour
- Salt, to taste
- Chicken powder, for seasoning
- Sesame oil
- Angciu (sweet cooking wine)
- Sugar, to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions:

- Clean the tilapia thoroughly, removing the bones, and cut into small pieces.
- Coat the tilapia pieces with beaten egg and then dredge in flour until evenly coated.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the tilapia pieces until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Sweet and Sour Sauce:
- In the same pan, stir-fry minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant and translucent.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper, cucumber, and pineapple chunks. Cook briefly until the vegetables are slightly tender.

- Pour in the sweet and sour sauce mixture (made from sambal, tomatoes, and a bit of water) into the pan.

- Add a dash of sesame oil and angciu (sweet cooking wine) for depth of flavor.
