Sweet and Spicy Tempeh Crisps (Kering Tempe Pedas Manis)

Instructions:

| 1. Slice the tempeh | Cut the tempeh into small, thin pieces. Be careful not to slice them too thin. |
| 2. Fry the tempeh | Heat the cooking oil in a pan and fry the tempeh until golden brown and crispy. Make sure not to overcook. Once done, remove and drain excess oil. |
| 3. Prepare the spice paste | Grind the shallots, garlic, and a pinch of salt until smooth. |
