  1. Begin by taking the tofu and cutting it into your preferred sizes. Ensure they are uniform for even cooking.
  2. Dip each piece of tofu into the beaten egg, allowing excess egg to drip off.
  3. Next, transfer the tofu to a bowl filled with seasoned flour, making sure to coat each piece thoroughly. Repeat this process until all tofu is well-coated in flour.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over low heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated tofu pieces.
  5. Fry the tofu until golden brown, turning occasionally for an even color. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, remove the tofu from the pan and place it on paper towels to drain excess oil.
