In a mixing bowl, combine the blended chicken, all-purpose flour, and eggs. Add the ground spices along with enough water to form a smooth, pliable dough. Knead until well combined.

Prepare the fried tofu by gently opening the center and turning it inside out. Fill each piece with about one tablespoon of the chicken mixture, ensuring the tofu is well-stuffed.

Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the stuffed tofu until golden brown, turning occasionally for even cooking. Once done, drain on paper towels.
