Instructions
- Prepare the Tempe: Begin by steaming the tempe until it’s cooked through, then mash it until smooth in texture.
- Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed tempe with one beaten egg and the desired amount of seasoning for flavor.
- Form the Balls: Take a small portion of the tempe mixture, flatten it slightly, and place a boiled quail egg in the center. Encase the egg completely with the tempe mixture and shape it into a ball.
- Chill: Place the formed tempe balls in the refrigerator for a bit to firm them up.
