Kobe crispy flour 1 package

Coriander 1 teaspoon
Turmeric (small size) 1 piece
Green onions (sliced thin) 2 stalks

Flavor enhancer 1/2 teaspoon
Water 1 glass

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.

  2. Slice the Tempe: Cut the tempe into thin slices according to your preference; you can yield about nine slices.

  3. Make the Marinade: In a blender, combine the garlic, coriander, turmeric, salt, and flavor enhancer. Blend until smooth, then mix in 1 glass of water.

  4. Marinate the Tempe: Dip each slice of tempe into the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated.
