Instructions
- Begin by crushing the tempe in a mortar until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- Once the tempe is softened, mix in the grated carrots, minced garlic, chopped celery, salt, chicken broth powder, and ground coriander.
- Incorporate the egg and 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, kneading the mixture until it holds together well.
- Shape the mixture into nuggets according to your preference, then steam them for approximately 20 minutes.
- For the batter, take the remaining all-purpose flour, add a pinch of salt or chicken broth powder, and gradually mix in water until it achieves a thick consistency.
- Once the tempe nuggets have cooled slightly, dip them into the batter, then coat them with breadcrumbs.
