Bakwan Tempe Mama Baby Style

Instructions:
- Prepare the Tempeh: Start by mashing the tempeh until it is slightly smooth. Place it in a mixing bowl.
- Make the Seasoning: Finely mince the shallots and garlic. Once minced, combine the seasoning with the mashed tempeh.
- Mix the Batter: Add all-purpose flour, seasoning (Royco), a pinch of ground pepper, chopped green onions, sliced bird’s eye chili, and a little water to the tempeh mixture. Stir until the ingredients are well combined. The batter should not be too runny, so adjust the water accordingly. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Fry the Fritters: Heat oil in a frying pan. Once hot, carefully spoon the mixture into the oil, shaping it into fritters. Fry until the bakwan tempe turns golden brown on both sides.
- Serve: Remove the fritters from the oil and drain them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve warm and enjoy!
