Prepare the Tempeh Meatballs:
- Steam the tempeh until tender, then mash it until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed tempeh with all-purpose flour, tapioca flour, egg, and minced garlic. Season the mixture with salt and pepper or your preferred seasoning.
