Ingredients

Chicken bouillon powder To taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tempeh: Start by thoroughly mashing the tempeh until it reaches a smooth, porridge-like consistency. Once smooth, mix in the cooked sausages and blend until evenly combined.

  2. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, crack the 3 eggs and whisk them together. Add the tempeh and sausage mixture to the bowl, stirring until well blended.

  3. Add Aromatics: Incorporate the thinly sliced shallots and minced garlic into the mixture. Season with chicken bouillon powder and salt to your liking.

  4. Cook the Steak: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the tempeh mixture, forming patties. Cook for a few minutes on each side, flipping occasionally to ensure even cooking and avoid burning.
