  1. Prepare the Batter:

  2. Mix the Batter:
    Once the yeast mixture is ready, sift the all-purpose flour directly into the bowl. Stir everything together until a smooth, fluid batter forms. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the batter rise for about 2 hours at room temperature, or until it doubles in size.

  3. Prepare the Broccoli:
