Instructions

Preparation: Begin by thinly slicing the green onions and celery. Dice the carrot into small cubes and thoroughly mash the tofu until smooth.

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sliced green onions, celery, diced carrot, minced garlic, and mashed tofu. Add the oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined. Related Articles

Assemble the Martabak: Take a spring roll wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the tofu mixture in the center. Fold the wrapper into a square, ensuring the filling is securely encased. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used.
