  1. Begin by mashing the tofu in a bowl until smooth and set aside.
  2. Finely slice the green onions and add them to the tofu mixture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mashed tofu, all-purpose flour, sliced green onions, egg, salt, black pepper, ground coriander, and Masako seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the tofu mixture and gently place them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
