Instructions
- Begin by mashing the soft tofu in a bowl using a fork until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- In the same bowl, combine the mashed tofu with chopped celery leaves, sliced green onions, diced onion, beaten eggs, salt, and chicken broth powder. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan over low heat to prepare for frying.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place a portion of the tofu mixture at one end. Carefully roll it up, tucking in the sides as you go, until completely sealed. Repeat this process until all wrappers and filling are used.
- Once the oil is hot, gently place the rolled lumpia in the pan and fry until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally for even cooking.
- Remove the lumpia from the oil and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
