Tahu Telor Mie Gepeng Recipe

Ingredients

Tofu 6 small blocks, crumbled
Egg 1
Instant noodles Cooked until half done
Masako seasoning ½ packet
Ground pepper ½ teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Green onion 1 stalk, chopped finely
Celery 1 stalk, chopped finely

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled tofu, egg, half-cooked instant noodles, and all seasonings: Masako, ground pepper, salt, chopped green onion, and celery. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, pour in the mixture.
  3. Fry until the bottom turns golden brown, then carefully flip to avoid breaking it apart.
  4. Cook until the other side is also golden brown.
