Tahu Telor Mie Gepeng Recipe

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled tofu, egg, half-cooked instant noodles, and all seasonings: Masako, ground pepper, salt, chopped green onion, and celery. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, pour in the mixture.
- Fry until the bottom turns golden brown, then carefully flip to avoid breaking it apart.
- Cook until the other side is also golden brown.
