Instructions
- Prepare the Tofu: Start by mashing the firm tofu in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and golden brown.
- Combine Ingredients: In the bowl with the mashed tofu, add the sautéed onion and garlic. Mix well, then incorporate the Worcestershire sauce, ground pepper, salt, and bouillon powder.
- Add Eggs: Pour in the beaten eggs and mix until the ingredients are evenly combined.
- Wrap and Steam: Take portions of the tofu mixture, wrap them in plastic wrap or banana leaves, and steam for 15 minutes until set.
