Nugget Tahu Recipe

Ingredients

Yellow tofu 7 pieces, mashed
Carrots 2, finely grated
Garlic 2 cloves, minced
Green onions 2 stalks, sliced
Egg 1, beaten
Tapioca flour 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed tofu, grated carrots, minced garlic, sliced green onions, beaten egg, tapioca flour, salt, and sugar. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
