Instructions

  1. Begin by mashing the tofu until smooth, then place it in a clean cloth and squeeze to remove excess moisture. Set aside to drain.
  2. Next, finely chop the red onions and garlic to create a smooth spice blend.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg together with the ground pepper until well combined.
  4. Combine the drained tofu, the smooth spice blend, the whisked egg, and the chopped green onions in a mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  5. Season the mixture with salt and bouillon powder, then mix again to ensure even distribution of flavors.
  6. Shape the mixture into small patties, flattening them slightly for even cooking.
  7. In a pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat, then carefully add the patties, frying until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Once cooked, remove the patties from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
