Simple Tahu Perkedel Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10 medium-sized white tofu cubes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stalk of green onion
  • 1 egg
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Flavor enhancer, to taste
  • Cooking oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. Begin by placing the tofu cubes into a mixing bowl. Mash the tofu thoroughly until it reaches a smooth, fine consistency.

  2. In a mortar and pestle, grind the garlic cloves with a pinch of salt until they form a paste.

  3. Finely dice the carrot and chop the green onion into small pieces. Add both to the bowl with the mashed tofu.
