Stir-Fried Yellow Tofu with Mustard Greens

Ingredients:

Yellow tofu (cut into cubes) 5 pieces
Mustard greens (chopped) 1 bunch
Shallots (thinly sliced) 2 cloves
Garlic (thinly sliced) 1 clove
Seasoning (to taste) As needed
Palm sugar (optional) As preferred
Water A small amount
Oil for frying and sautéing As needed
