Instructions

Prepare the Tofu:
Cut the yellow tofu into bite-sized cubes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown and crispy on the outside. Remove from the pan and set aside. -
Sauté the Aromatics:
In the same pan, leave a small amount of oil and add the shallots and garlic. Sauté until fragrant and slightly softened. Add the red curly chili and bird’s eye chili for a bit of heat. Continue sautéing until the chilies soften. -
