  • 4 blocks of firm tofu
  • 1 ounce cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 stalk of leek, finely chopped

  • 3 shallots, minced
  • 1 packet of crispy noodle seasoning (optional)
  • 50 grams rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon chicken crispy seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon powder
  • Salt, pepper, coriander, and sugar, to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Begin by mashing the tofu in a large mixing bowl until it reaches a crumbly texture.
    • Add the finely shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped leek, and celery to the bowl. Mix these vegetables thoroughly with the tofu.
  2. Season the Mixture:

    • Incorporate the minced garlic and shallots into the mixture.
    • If using, add the crispy noodle seasoning to the bowl. This step is optional but adds a delightful crunch and flavor.
    • Stir in the rice flour, chicken crispy seasoning mix, and chicken-flavored bouillon powder.

  3. Fry the Patties:
