Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized pieces of white tofu
- 1 egg
- 8 mixed chili peppers (adjust to taste)
- 3 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and seasoning to taste

Begin by crushing the tofu into small chunks. The texture should be coarse, not too smooth. Mix the crushed tofu with the egg until well combined.

Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tofu and egg mixture to the pan. Fry until the tofu is golden and crispy, ensuring it doesn’t absorb too much oil. Remove and set aside.
