Tuna Mayo Risoles: A Savory Keto Snack

Ingredients:

For the Risoles Wrappers:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon aroma oil (or any neutral oil of your choice)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

For the Filling:

  • 3 tablespoons Ayam Brand Light Tuna (adjust to taste)
  • 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons oil for cooking the risoles wrappers

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Risoles Wrappers:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, whipping cream, mayonnaise, aroma oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  2. Cook the Risoles Wrappers:

    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil, ensuring it is evenly spread across the surface.
    • Pour a ladleful of the risoles wrapper batter into the skillet, spreading it out to form a thin, even layer. Cook until the edges start to turn golden brown and the center is set.
    • Carefully flip and cook the other side until lightly browned.
    • Remove from the skillet and set aside. Repeat with the remaining batter. You should be able to make approximately 4 wrappers.
  3. Prepare the Filling:

    • In a small bowl, mix the light tuna with mayonnaise until well combined.
  4. Assemble the Risoles:

    • Place a spoonful of the tuna filling onto each risoles wrapper. Roll them up gently, ensuring the filling is enclosed within the wrapper.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:

    • Your Tuna Mayo Risoles are now ready to be enjoyed as a delicious and savory keto-friendly snack. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later use.

These risoles are a perfect blend of creamy tuna and rich mayonnaise, all encased in a light, crispy wrapper. Enjoy this delectable treat as part of your keto diet or simply as a tasty snack!
