Ingredients

  • 1/4 frozen tuna (or use dori fish)
  • 5 cloves of garlic (more for removing the fishy odor)
  • Grated cheese (to taste)
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • Breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
  • Chicken broth
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fish Mixture: Begin by thoroughly washing the frozen tuna, then place it in a blender along with the garlic and one egg. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

  2. Combine the Ingredients: Transfer the blended mixture to a clean bowl. Add the black pepper (if using) and chicken broth, mixing well. Gradually incorporate the breadcrumbs until the mixture is consistent. Finally, fold in the grated carrot and cheese, ensuring everything is evenly combined.

  3. Steam the Mixture: Prepare a steamer, then pour the mixture into a baking dish or tupperware. Steam for approximately 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
