Crispy Beef Lung “Non-MSG”

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams beef lung
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 thumb-sized piece of turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • Cooking oil (as needed)
  • All-purpose flour (as needed)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Water (as needed)

Preparation Steps:

  1. Clean the Beef Lung:

    • Thoroughly wash the beef lung under running water. Once cleaned, drain and set aside.
