Tahu Isi Sayuran (Stuffed Tofu with Vegetables)

Ingredients

Tahu Pong (Firm Tofu) 3 packages
Carrots 2 medium-sized
Bean Sprouts 100 grams (adjust to taste)
Cabbage As needed
All-Purpose Flour 10 tablespoons
Water As needed
Chives To taste
Seasoning Powder To taste
Shallots 3 pieces
Garlic 2 cloves
Pepper A pinch (whole or ground)
Nutmeg A pinch

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Thinly slice the cabbage and carrots lengthwise to ensure even cooking and a delightful texture.

  2. Make the Filling: In a food processor, combine shallots, garlic, pepper, salt, seasoning powder, and nutmeg, blending until smooth.
