Instructions:

    Gradually add the chicken broth and milk (or half-and-half cream) to the flour mixture. Increase the heat to medium, stirring constantly to ensure that the mixture thickens without clumping. Keep stirring until the sauce becomes bubbly and reaches a smooth, creamy consistency, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Add the Spices:
    Stir in the curry powder, cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, and lemon zest. Continue to cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly to ensure the spices are fully incorporated and the sauce becomes fragrant.

  5. Serve the Dish:
