Ingredients:

  • 9 3/4 bars of chocolate (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 4 bars of German sweet chocolate
  • 4 cups of shredded coconut
  • 2 cups of cornflakes
  • 1 bag of jelly beans

Instructions:

Step Description
1 In a saucepan, melt the chocolate bars and German sweet chocolate over low heat, stirring gently until smooth and creamy.
2 Add the shredded coconut and cornflakes to the melted chocolate mixture, stirring until well combined and evenly coated.
3 Using a tablespoon, drop the chocolate-coconut mixture onto wax paper, shaping each spoonful into a nest-like form.
4 Create an indentation in the center of each nest using the back of the spoon or your thumb.
5 Place two jelly beans into the center of each nest, pressing gently to secure them in place.
6 Transfer the nests to the refrigerator and chill for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
