Instructions:

12 Replace cold water with warm water (about 85Β°F) in the double boiler bottom to maintain dipping consistency.
13 Dip fruit into melted chocolate, leaving some parts uncovered.
14 Shake off excess chocolate and place on waxed paper.
15 Quickly stir peanuts into leftover chocolate and drop mixture onto waxed paper.
16 Let chocolate-covered fruit and peanut clusters stand until set (about 10 minutes).
17 Serve dipped fresh fruit the same day.
18 Store peanut clusters in a tightly covered container and use within one week.
19 Note: Chocolate can also be melted in the microwave. Break chocolate into chunks and microwave in 20-30 second increments, stirring between each session.
