Prepare the Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse:
- Lightly grease a 9 1/4-by-5 1/4-by-2 3/4-inch metal loaf pan and line it with plastic wrap.
- Place the pan in the freezer to chill.
- In a medium saucepan, melt 11 oz of bittersweet chocolate, 4 tbsp of unsalted butter, and 2 tbsp of peanut butter over simmering water.
- Set aside the melted chocolate mixture and keep it warm.
- Using an electric mixer, beat egg yolks with 2 tbsp of sugar until well-blended.
- Cook the egg mixture over medium-high heat until thickened, then whisk until it reaches room temperature.
- Fold in the melted chocolate mixture.
- In another bowl, whip 4 cups of heavy cream and 2 tbsp of sugar until soft peaks form, then fold it into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mousse into the prepared loaf pan, smooth the top, tap to remove air bubbles, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

- Once set, remove the terrine from the loaf pan by lifting it with the plastic wrap.
- Invert the terrine onto a rack and remove the plastic wrap.

- Melt 4 oz of bittersweet chocolate and 1 3/4 cups of unsalted butter.
- Whisk in 4 tbsp of light corn syrup.
- Let the glaze cool for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

- Refrigerate until set, approximately 15 minutes.
