Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Grease a 15 1/2″ X 10 1/2″ X 1″ pan and line the bottom with wax paper.

  3. In a small bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
