Instructions

To make these delightful Coconut and Chocolate Muffins, begin by finely chopping the dark chocolate with a sharp knife, then melt it gently using a double boiler method. Once the chocolate is melted, incorporate the sugar into the chocolate, stirring until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Now, add the coconut milk to the chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly using a hand whisk at a low speed. Gradually add the seed oil and continue mixing until everything is well-blended.
