Ingredients:
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 2 tsp Splenda (or any sugar substitute)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 7 oz dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa), chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- In a plastic bowl with a lid, combine pecan halves, 2 tsp Splenda, and ground cinnamon. Close the lid and shake vigorously until the pecans are evenly coated.

- In a double boiler over low heat, melt unsalted butter and chopped dark chocolate together. Stir occasionally until smooth.

- Gradually pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously. Add the remaining Splenda and vanilla extract. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. Remove from heat.
