Ingredients:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g butter
- 1 cup glace ginger
- 6 pieces dark chocolate (for the middle part)
- 250ml ginger wine
- 400g butter (for the middle part)
- 200g glace ginger (for the middle part)
