Ingredients:

Quantity Ingredient
15 Walnuts
15 Marshmallows
15 Glacé cherries
15 Digestive biscuits (crushed)
1/2 can Sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup Desiccated coconut

Instructions:

  1. Mix the walnuts, marshmallows, glacé cherries, and crushed digestive biscuits in a large bowl.

  2. Add enough sweetened condensed milk to bring all the ingredients into a ball.

  3. Divide the mixture into two equal parts and shape each part into a sausage-like roll.

  4. Scatter half of the desiccated coconut on a clean work surface.

  5. Roll one of the sausage-like rolls over the coconut, coating it evenly.

  6. Repeat the process with the remaining coconut and the other sausage-like roll.

  7. Place the rolls on a tray and refrigerate until firm, approximately 2 hours.

  8. Cut the chilled rolls into 1/2 inch thick discs.

  9. Note: These cookies can be made in large quantities and stored refrigerated in zip lock bags. They last for weeks.
