Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Nesquik Cream

Start by preparing the Nesquik cream that will be used to fill your crepes. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and Nesquik powder, ensuring the mixture is smooth and well combined. The creamy consistency should be rich and chocolatey.

Gently warm the whole milk (250 ml) in a saucepan or microwave until it’s just about lukewarm, not boiling. Gradually add the warmed milk to the Nesquik and egg yolk mixture, stirring continuously. This will help you create a smooth and velvety cream. Continue to stir until fully incorporated and the cream reaches a thickened, smooth texture.

In a separate bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter (80 g) either in the microwave or over a double boiler. Once melted, add it to your Nesquik mixture, blending everything together until fully incorporated. Cook the cream over low heat, constantly stirring until it thickens to a luscious consistency. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Step 2: Prepare the Crepes
