Instructions

  1. Heat the Milk
    Pour the whole milk into a saucepan and place it over medium heat. Bring it to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking.

  2. Prepare the Egg Mixture
    While the milk is heating, in a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar. Add a pinch of salt, and sift in the cornstarch. Mix well until the ingredients are smooth and fully combined.

  6. Cool the Cream
    Pour the finished Nutella cream into a wide, shallow dish or baking pan. Allow it to cool slightly at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 1 hour to set.

  7. Serve
