1/2 cup Margarine
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Peanut Butter
12 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 cups Confectioners’ Sugar
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
