Ingredients:

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Mix flour and baking powder together; set aside.

3 Add almonds, cranberries, and apricots to the wet mixture.
4 Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined. The dough will be sticky.

6 Divide the dough into two equal pieces.
7 Flour your hands and roll one piece into a log almost the length of your cookie sheet.
8 Place the log on the cookie sheet and flatten it to about ยฝ inch thickness. Repeat with the second piece of dough.
9 Bake at 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for 20 minutes.
10 Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
11 Transfer the logs to a cutting board and cut diagonally into ยพ inch slices.
12 Stand the cookies on their side and return them to a 300ยฐF (150ยฐC) oven for 10 minutes.
13 Remove from the oven and flip each cookie onto the other side.
14 Bake for another 10 minutes.
15 Let the biscotti cool on a wire rack.
