Cloves 2
Whole black peppercorns 4
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves 1 tbsp, chopped
Salt To taste
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Prawns: Start by marinating the prawns. In a bowl, mix prawns with red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Let them sit for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
