Shrimp Chicken Sempol

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast (blended)
  • 250 grams shrimp (blended)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
  • 1 chicken egg
  • Fried garlic (crushed)
  • Ground pepper
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Meats:
    Combine the blended chicken breast and shrimp in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add the Egg and Seasonings:
    Add the egg, crushed fried garlic, ground pepper, and salt to the meat mixture. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

  3. Prepare the Boiling Water:
    Bring a pot of water to a boil. This will be used for boiling the sempol later.

  4. Test for Flavor:
