Sayur Tahu Bumbu Kuning

Instructions
- Begin by blending the garlic, shallots, red chili, turmeric, kaffir lime leaves, and salt until smooth. Adjust to your preference regarding the texture of the kaffir lime leaves.
- Lightly crush the galangal, lemongrass, and bay leaves, then combine them with the blended spices.
- Heat a suitable amount of cooking oil in a pan, and sauté the spice mixture until fragrant and golden brown.
- Add the tofu, gently stirring to coat, followed by the quail eggs. Continue to sauté for a few moments.
- Pour in the Kara coconut milk along with sufficient water to achieve your desired consistency; ensure it is not too dry.
- Introduce the long beans, cooking until they are just tender. Then, add palm sugar and flavoring to taste.
