Simple Egg Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 fried egg (sunny side up)
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 2 slices of cucumber
- 2 slices of tomato
- Butter, for spreading
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Chili sauce
Instructions:
- Gather all your ingredients and prepare a clean workspace.
- Lightly spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Arrange the vegetables in a layering pattern on one slice of bread: start with the lettuce leaf, followed by the cucumber slices and tomato slices.
- Place the sunny-side-up fried egg on top of the vegetables.
- Spread a layer of mayonnaise over the egg, and add ketchup and chili sauce according to your taste.
- Cover with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing the fillings.
